clustermode unjoin simulator

If you want to unjoin a node from a 2 node vsim-cluster, you will have to give epsilon
to the surviving node before you stop the other node, since there are no shared disks.
If the other node is gone before you give epsilon to the surviving node, the ringmajority
will be gone and the cluster health will be false.
