Set Dynamically (using the debugger):
echo zfs_nocacheflush/W0t1 | mdb -kw

Revert to Default:
echo zfs_nocacheflush/W0t0 | mdb -kw

Set the following parameter in the /etc/system file:
set zfs:zfs_nocacheflush = 1
